Billing Clerk
Our client in Culver City is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a professional with strong billing experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare, review, and process a high-volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain billing records and supporting documentation
- Communicate with internal departments and external customers regarding billing questions
- Assist with account reconciliations and payment tracking
- Support month-end billing activities and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of billing, invoicing, or related accounting support experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
