About the Role:

This position allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own!
Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Provide strategic leadership for financial performance, market growth, operational excellence, and talent effectiveness across multiple banking locations within an assigned territory. The position is accountable for achieving financial, sales, and compliance objectives while advancing business development, customer retention, community presence, and cross-functional collaboration across the region.
- Set sales goals and strategies, assess performance, and coach teams on behaviors that generate leads, deepen relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Advance regional growth by cultivating strategic business relationships and representing the bank across professional, business, and community organizations.
- Actively participate and collaborate internally to bring competitive banking products to market.
- Lead deposit growth strategies across key specialty and lending segments to expand revenue and market presence.
- Drive and model behaviors that strengthen the Bank’s Incredible Customer Experience across all regional locations.
- Establish talent development priorities and workforce readiness strategies that strengthen productivity, market performance, and organizational capability.
- Monitor and manage customer retention, growth, and prospecting activity in the Bank’s CRM.
- Lead regional banking process improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership oversight for branch risk management, security, and operational control standards across the region.
- Promote enterprise collaboration and referral generation across business lines to expand customer relationships and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement long-term business plans that support operational continuity.
- Provide leadership oversight for talent planning, performance management, and organizational design, partnering with the People Team on key employment decisions.
This is a regular full-time, salaried exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday.
This position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location in Marquette, MI, or may be worked on-site from any of our IncredibleBank branch locations across Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Frequent travel will be required based on business and/or customer needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
- 10+ years related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience required. Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor team members is essential for building high-performing teams and driving engagement across the branch network.
- Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively and foster a culture of teamwork.
- Visionary strategic thinking with the ability to analyze future issues and develop proactive strategies.
- Maintains a strong personal reputation and professional brand, which enhances credibility and influence within the organization and community.
- Prior business banking and mortgage experience a plus.
