Join us at Crane Currency for an on-site Manufacturing Job Fair on Thursday, June 18 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1 Cellu Dr, Nashua, NH, Building B.

If you're looking for a stable job with paid training, strong earning potential, and a path to a long-term career, we’d love to meet you. Crane Currency is hiring entry-level Machine Operators for 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekend Day Shift, and Weekend Night Shift.

We manufacture the advanced security features used in U.S. currency and banknotes around the world. There’s a good chance you’ve handled our product without even knowing it.

No manufacturing experience is required. We provide paid training from day one and a clear path to permanent employment.

Open Shifts and Pay:

• 2nd Shift

  • Monday - Friday

  • 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

  • $19.00/hr + 15% shift differential ($21.85/hr)

• 3rd Shift

  • Monday - Friday

  • 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

  • $19.00/hr + 20% shift differential ($22.80/hr)

• Weekend Day Shift

  • Friday - Sunday

  • 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • $19.00/hr + 20% shift differential ($22.80/hr)

  • Work 36 hours and get paid for 40

• Weekend Night Shift

  • Friday - Sunday

  • 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

  • $19.00/hr + 20% shift differential ($22.80/hr)

What you’ll do:

• Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing machines

• Follow detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency

• Inspect materials and finished product to maintain high standards

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

• Learn specialized processes used in a high-security manufacturing environment

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and ready to work

• Comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing setting

• Mechanically inclined, whether through work, hobbies, or school

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Must be able to pass a government background investigation (Position of Public Trust Clearance)

How the hiring process works:

• You’ll start through one of our staffing partners while completing a required security clearance.

• Once cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you’ll be eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee, typically within 90 days.
