We are seeking a Production Planner II in our Broomfield, CO, location to manage the material required for key quantum hardware development labs and projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring material availability and production planning while optimizing costs and supporting overall project success. You will collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, procurement teams, and program managers to streamline materials planning and logistics for cutting-edge quantum technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute system-level planning (SAP) within a dynamic manufacturing environment to support engineering and NPI project timelines
- Achieve 95% or greater on-time delivery to MRP at the sub-assembly level, ensuring critical components are available for product builds and project milestones.
- Proactively identify material constraints across the global network, develop strategic solutions, and lead collaborative efforts to resolve issues
- Provide project leadership reporting on material health, shortages, and integration progress, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
- Partner with strategic sourcing and procurement teams to drive performance improvements, confirm delivery schedules, and expedite materials
- Monitor inventory level of materials in stockroom and lab environments to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess and obsolescence
- Maintain accurate records of materials for asset tracking and timely capitalization. Conduct regular asset audits to reconcile discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Partner with internal customers to understand and deliver on technical requirements for project builds
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum required
- Minimum 3+ years of Production Planning, Control, and Coordination in new development high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries required.
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.

Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $74,000 – $93,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
