Overview
Donohoe Construction Company, a large and established general contractor headquartered in Washington, DC, has an immediate need for a Project Manager (Interiors) for its Specialty Construction division. Reporting to the VP of Operations and Administration for this division, the PM will be responsbile for the day-to-day operations and management of multiple interiors and renovation projects and the supervision of supporting team members.

Donohoe Real Estate Services (DRES) provides management services including asset management, facilities management, and full service property management responsible for the leasing, physical management, and sale of commercial properties. Complete Building Services (CBS), established in 1963, provides comprehensive facility management, operation & maintenance services, mechanical & plumbing installations, and energy management services. Donohoe Development Company (DDC) has also had years of successful real estate development experience starting with site selection, preliminary market and financial feasibility analysis, project planning and design, financing, joint venture negotiation, budgeting, construction administration, marketing and initial project operations.
Donohoe Construction Company (DCC), founded in 1955, is now one of the largest general contractors in the Washington area. This division has built over 1,000 projects across the spectrum of commercial, residential, institutional, and government buildings. Remodeling and tenant build-out capabilities fit nicely into the full service real estate management concept of DRES, and the design/build capabilities of DCC utilize Donohoe's real estate development expertise
Responsibilities
· Maintain project finances and profitability
· Advise senior management of project progress and issues
· Maintenance of existing Owner, Architect, Engineering, Subcontract, and Vendor relations, as well as, development of new resources and business opportunities
· Scoping, negotiating and writing of subcontract agreements
· Development and maintenance of Master Progress Schedule for on-time completion of projects
· Manage owner progress invoicing and vendor payments
· Manage vendor insurance requirements and lien waivers
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Salary: $65.00 per hour
Hours: M - F (40 Hours per week, with a possabibility of overtime)

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or interior design or equivalent industry experience
· 5+ years experience working on commercial projects
· Experience working with landlords and design professionals
· Ability to manage large corporate interiors projects
· Experience working on either office, government, hi-tech, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or banking projects a plus
· Demonstrated a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
· Excellent communication skills
· Computer proficiency
