The Analyst – Revenue and Commercial Managment is responsible for maintaining critical financial operations and processes supporting client accounts. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, operational rigor, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams including rate management, profitability analysis, and contract administration for all of Analysis Group’s lines of business. The analyst serves as a key operational resource for the commercial team and acts as a central point of coordination for client finance activities.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Rate Submission & Pricing/Revenue Management
    • Manage and optimize the end-to-end rate submission and pricing administration process across a portfolio of client accounts.
    • Engage and communicate directly with our client portfolio and partnership on pricing & rate submission initiatives.
  • Financial Analysis, Modeling & Strategic Reporting
    • Perform profitability, margin, and variance analysis across clients, engagements, and service lines to identify key financial drivers and provide actionable insights.
    • Build and maintain executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to support forecasting and business performance tracking.
    • Develop financial models, pricing analyses, and scenario simulations to support pricing strategy, forecasting, contract negotiations, and business development.
    • Partner with operational leaders to optimize pricing structures, cost management, and margin performance.
  • Ad-Hoc Financial & Business Analysis
    • Work on ad-hoc projects as needed to set up Analysis Group for next generation performance that focuses on automation, scale and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years substantive relevant experience.
  • An ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years of finance/accounting experience.
  • Experience with financial reporting required.
  • Finance/Accounting experience in a professional services company environment preferred.
  • Strong PC capability (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).Power BI experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates technical competence and effectively delivers support.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Effectively listens to requests.
  • Works effectively with others and independently. Demonstrates initiative and ownership.
  • Resolves problems quickly and effectively.
  • An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across functions.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000–$85,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
