Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meeting and event arrangements, including room preparation, supply setup, and post-event breakdown.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound calls, visitors, and general office inquiries while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Organize catering requests by working with vendors, internal teams, and building management to ensure smooth delivery and service.
• Prepare conference and meeting spaces with necessary items such as beverages, serving materials, and presentation support resources.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
• Enter and update business information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support daily office operations by monitoring shared spaces, coordinating logistics, and assisting with team needs as they arise.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to create correspondence, manage calendars, track information, and support routine reporting.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, reception, or a related business support role.
• Background in hospitality, hotel operations, catering support, or meeting coordination is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and confidence using computer-based systems for scheduling and record management.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and in-person interactions with strong customer service skills.
• Accurate data entry skills with careful attention to organization and detail.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday with availability for early event setup or extended coverage when business needs require it.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to supporting office and event operations.
Compensation
