EPosition Overview
Our client, a faith-based nonprofit organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary to support senior leadership in a mission-driven environment. This role blends high-level administrative support with coordination of events, logistics, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
pKey Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and daily administrative priorities
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-ups
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and related logistics
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
Events, Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate logistics and hospitality for events, meetings, and conferences
- Manage vendor relationships, travel, and accommodations
- Support planning and execution of organizational gatherings
Administrative & Team Support
- Collaborate with internal teams on projects and initiatives
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative needs
iQualifications
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 5+ years of executive administrative or operations experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database/project tools
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Nonprofit experience preferred
sAdditional Details
- Up to 30 hours per week
- Hybrid schedule with at least two in-person days required
- Occasional travel (mileage reimbursed)
- Ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable supporting senior leadership
