IT Manager/Director
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily IT operations and provide leadership across infrastructure, end-user support, and enterprise technology services.
• Administer and optimize Google Workspace to improve collaboration, security, and overall system performance.
• Manage software platforms and licensing, including tools such as Adobe, Figma, and other business-critical SaaS applications.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge resources using Obsidian or comparable wiki and documentation platforms.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-driven solutions to improve workflows, research, and team productivity.
• Support core technical environments involving Active Directory, backup systems, hardware, network technologies, and configuration standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify technology needs, recommend solutions, and align IT services with business objectives.
• Adapt to changing operational demands and take ownership of a broad mix of technical and strategic responsibilities as priorities evolve.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in IT leadership, systems administration, or a closely related technical management role.• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and support.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools, including exposure to Claude or similar platforms used for business productivity.
• Familiarity with Obsidian or comparable knowledge management tools used for internal documentation and information sharing.
• Experience administering SaaS applications and licensing for platforms such as Adobe, Figma, and related tools.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, backup technologies, Cisco technologies, computer hardware, and configuration management.
• Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities.
Compensation
