Client Services Associate
Responsibilities:
• Respond to client questions and requests with accurate information, thoughtful follow-up, and a high standard of service.
• Support the new client setup process by gathering required information, preparing documentation, and helping ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Process and review account-related activity such as deposits, withdrawals, required minimum distributions, wire transfers, and other funds movement requests.
• Work closely with advisors and internal partners to resolve service matters efficiently and improve the overall client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records by updating documentation, entering data carefully, and confirming that files remain complete and current.
• Monitor accounts, agreements, and related paperwork to help ensure transactions and documentation align with applicable requirements.
• Build working knowledge of firm offerings and wealth management services in order to provide informed support to clients.
• Contribute ideas that strengthen service delivery, streamline client interactions, and support long-term relationship management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.• Prior experience in client services, portfolio support, banking, wealth management, or another client-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience handling financial transactions such as wire transfers, funds transfers, or related account service activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning firm systems and service platforms.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
