Personal Injury Paralegal
Our client is seeking and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in case management, medical record review, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys and paralegals in managing personal injury or medical malpractice cases.
• Review, organize, and analyze medical records and documentation essential for case preparation.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to obtain required medical documents.
• Assist in trial preparation, including discovery and civil litigation tasks.
• Utilize case management software to organize and track case details efficiently.
• Facilitate the processing of no-fault insurance claims and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct research to support case development and strategy.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure deadlines and court requirements are met.
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence as needed.
Qualifications:
• Certification as a paralegal or a relevant degree in legal studies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice or personal injury law.
• Proficiency in handling no-fault insurance claims and obtaining medical records.
• Strong knowledge of discovery, civil litigation, and trial preparation processes.
• Familiarity with case management software and legal documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Compensation
