Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Create and lead enterprise marketing plans that support revenue growth across lending, deposit, wealth, insurance, treasury, and merchant service offerings.
• Protect and elevate the brand by ensuring all campaigns, materials, and communications reflect consistent positioning and messaging standards.
• Analyze market conditions, customer behavior, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Direct the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and evaluate return on investment across campaigns and initiatives.
• Present campaign results, performance trends, and actionable recommendations to executive leadership using marketing data and analytics.
• Oversee website updates, digital advertising, and online visibility efforts to improve engagement and support business objectives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing and communication support for business units across the organization.
• Manage agency, media, and vendor relationships, including contract oversight, service expectations, negotiations, and quality control.
• Plan and execute events such as branch openings, client programs, educational seminars, and community outreach activities, while supervising logistics and on-site coordination.
• Lead and develop the marketing team while enforcing adherence to banking regulations, advertising compliance standards, internal controls, and risk reporting procedures.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of marketing experience, including leadership responsibility within a regulated services environment.• Demonstrated success building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that support business growth and brand visibility.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, website content management, social media oversight, and campaign performance measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience with brand development, communication planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Background managing external vendors, agencies, contracts, and event-related partnerships.
• Ability to interpret regulatory expectations and apply compliance standards to marketing and advertising activities.
• Effective leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation abilities.
Compensation
