Benefits Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Review and process benefit elections to ensure enrollment records are complete and accurate.
• Support onboarding activities by helping present benefits information during orientation sessions.
• Conduct routine audits of benefits data and documentation to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Assist employees with claim concerns, coverage updates, and qualifying life event changes.
• Prepare and distribute enrollment packets, forms, and related benefits communication materials.
• Submit enrollment information to insurance carriers and manage updates tied to employee status changes.
• Respond to questions from employees and managers regarding plan details, eligibility, elections, and other benefits matters.
• Generate reports and organize billing or invoice information needed for charge allocation and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience supporting employee benefits administration or enrollment activities.• Working knowledge of benefits enrollment processes and employee benefits programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable business software.
• Experience with data entry, record maintenance, and filing in an administrative environment.
• Ability to handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide timely support to employees and managers.
Compensation
