Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee assigned customer accounts to maintain strong service levels, operational consistency, and overall client satisfaction.
• Respond to customer questions and requests promptly, providing attentive support and clear follow-up on open items.
• Coordinate customer specifications and account details in alignment with internal sales and operations guidelines.
• Partner with supply chain teams to support on-time delivery and help align order execution with customer expectations.
• Assist sales throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding support, account reviews, retention efforts, and analysis preparation.
• Work with accounting and finance teams to help resolve claims and support timely credit-related activities for new and existing customers.
• Investigate customer concerns and sales-related issues, then take initiative to develop practical solutions that address recurring challenges.
• Contribute to a productive, team-oriented service environment while helping document effective client service practices and report quality or food packaging safety concerns when needed.
• Serve as a central point of coordination across departments to help keep the full service cycle moving efficiently.
• Complete additional assignments as needed to support business and customer service objectives.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing customer accounts in a business-to-business environment.• Background in account management, inside sales, or customer service support roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams across multiple departments.
• Skilled in handling inbound inquiries with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable preparing reports, spreadsheets, and basic account-related analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow established procedures in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
