GIS Analyst

We’re hiring a GIS Analyst to support GIS operations, spatial database management, and web-based mapping solutions. This role will lead GIS-related projects, maintain and enhance GIS databases, and develop high-quality geospatial data, maps, and applications.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain GIS databases and spatial data
• Create interactive web maps and GIS applications
• Support GIS programming, automation, and system configuration
• Query databases, modify tables, create views, and import GPS data
• Lead GIS projects, coordinate meetings, track timelines, and report progress

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of GIS standards, methodologies, and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency with GIS technologies and tools, including ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server, SQL Server, ModelBuilder, and Python.
• Experience working with relational databases and database queries.
• Familiarity with graphical user interface (GUI) design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain geospatial datasets, web maps, and GIS applications.
• Experience managing GIS projects and coordinating multiple priorities.
