Gogo is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Developer that will be part of a team responsible for the continued design, implementation, and optimization of our Microsoft Business Central eco-system. You will play a key role in the evolution of our Finance and Production operations while impacting how our teams operate together. You will help build practical solutions to business processes and help enhance the overall internal customer experience.

How will you make a difference?

  • Plan, design, develop, test, maintain, and support SaaS software to enhance and sustain Gogo’s ERP system
  • Solve business problems using your development skills to build the right solution for internal stakeholders
  • Understand the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central technical platform, participate in solution design, system configuration, testing, implementation, and support, ensuring that business requirements are successfully executed
  • Assist internal business units by answering support tickets in a timely and expedient manner
  • Work with implementation team members and end users to meet business goals and satisfy requirements
  • Implement workflows, build/support interfaces and integrations, educate co-workers and assist with other development priorities as required within an Agile software development framework
  • Create formal technical/system documentation to standards and conventions as needed by team members, end users, and to maintain SOX compliance
  • Communicate technical issues effectively to non-technical people as well as understand requirements given by clients and business consultants
  • Collaborate with platform and data teams to ensure strong foundations for data pipelines, feature management, and model-ready datasets
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Operations, Support, Sales, IT, Security, Legal/Compliance) to identify high-value AI/ML opportunities and integrate solutions into business workflows and customer-facing experiences
  • Communicate plans, tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of proven software development experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft NAV (preferably with role tailored client in NAV 2015 or later), OR other software platforms will be considered

Required Skills, Talents, & Experience

  • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and governance practices in production systems
  • SOAP and OData (REST) API development
  • RDLC report development
  • Familiar with integrations between BC and other applications such as Salesforce, Jet Reports, and Datahaven
  • Experience following a recognized modern development methodology like Agile, Scrum, etc.
  • Strong and broad business understanding – allowing you to determine when to change the code and when to drive changes to business process
  • Desire to understand root causes and a strong ability to plan for and execute resolutions

Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience

  • BC AL language
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate certification
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution industries
  • Proven experience with Lanham E-Ship, Datahaven, Insight Works/DMS, Esker, and Nvoicepay add-ons
  • Experience with scanner integrations
  • SOX compliance and working within a publicly traded company
  • Web Services, Jet Reports, AWS integrations
  • Flexibility and adaptability when learning and understanding new technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with business function SME’s, software engineering, and product teams

Equal Pay Disclosure(s)

Base Pay:

84,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:

Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
