HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT

The Executive Territory Manager (ETM) is a member of the field sales team and a non-supervisory leader who provides guidance, instruction, and direction to the commercial team. The ETM works closely with sales and marketing leadership to guide commercial pilot programs, develop sales training content and processes, and represent the field during product development. The ETM assumes full performance responsibility for assigned sales channels and product groups within their territory and collaborates with field sales management to develop and implement efficient business practices and improved sales tactics for the benefit of the entire sales team

Important: You will need to travel at least 80% of the time and reside near the location.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Sales: Achieve sales quotas for assigned channels and product groups and establish and execute on

quarterly and annual key performance metric

  • Relationship Building: Conduct in-services and meetings by delivering company developed
  • Business Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned

geography. Review quarterly key performance metrics with management to set execution goals for

territory. Monitor national sales vs quota and assist management in identifying areas of opportunity

which require additional focus

WHAT YOULL BRING

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (BA or BS)
  • 5 years Strong sales experience in business-to business, medical device, or wound care.
  • Or 3 years as a LNH Territory Manager with demonstrated strong performance in the assigned territory
  • Valid Drivers License

Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strategize: Ability to analyze and strategize to meet goals.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interface with physicians, surgeons, wound care specialists, and hospitals to inspire them to utilize LNH products.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $79,166 -$105,555

Plus Variable (California)

Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
