About This Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator to join the Commercial Card Design team within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL). In This Role, You Will:
- Provide thoughtful feedback and introduce new ideas to enhance processes, tools, and change implementation outcomes
- Identify best practices and recommend scalable workflows and procedures that improve efficiency and client experience
- Develop and deliver clear, impactful communication and training plans to support successful implementation
- Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to align on strategy and execution
- Proactively gather insights to refine implementation strategies and improve team effectiveness
- Offer constructive guidance and subject matter expertise to support informed decision-making
- Deliver high-quality operational and administrative support across complex projects
- Support project teams with implementation planning, maintenance activities, and execution strategy
- Identify, monitor, and help resolve issues, escalating when needed to maintain progress
- Provide input into implementation strategies, timelines, and execution approaches to ensure successful delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Change Implementation support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience supporting Commercial Card and/or Treasury Management products, with a strong understanding of how these solutions drive client value and operational efficiency
- Working knowledge of Commercial Card platforms and networks (e.g., MasterCard, Visa), with the ability to apply that knowledge to support complex implementations and evolving client needs
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple concurrent initiatives, navigating competing priorities with strong organization, sound judgment, and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Experience developing and facilitating engaging training sessions or client-facing discussions, with a focus on delivering clear, impactful messaging and building user confidence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to create polished deliverables, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences—translating complex information into clear, concise, and influential messaging
- Commitment to providing excellent service, consistently delivering a high standard of support while anticipating stakeholder needs and enhancing the overall client experience
- Ability to drive innovation by identifying process improvements, challenging existing approaches, and contributing forward-thinking ideas that improve efficiency and scalability

Base Compensation Range:
Salt Lake City, UT: $25.48 - $37.98 (hourly)
Minneapolis, MN: $27.88 - $41.83 (hourly)
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
