Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, IBP, Finance Tech, located in Raynham, MA, West Chester, Pennsylvania, and Raritan, NJ, United States.

The Sr. Manager, IBP, Finance Tech plays a critical leadership role in driving Integrated Business Planning through strong financial integration, advanced analytics, and enabling technology solutions. This position partners cross‑functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Technology teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment of demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.

This is a highly visible role with direct impact on business performance, supporting executive decision‑making through data‑driven insights, transparent risk and opportunity assessments, and continuous improvement of IBP processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and advance the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process with a strong focus on financial integration, technology enablement, and data quality.


  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive the full IBP/S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation, and management business review.


  • Influence global and regional teams to collect, analyze, consolidate , and report key data to improve decision‑making across revenue, profitability, and cash conversion.


  • Drive transparent discussions of risks and opportunities and support profitable trade‑off decisions through scenario modeling and financial insights.


  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase IBP maturity and enable the transition toward more advanced, technology‑enabled planning capabilities.


  • Manage operational aspects of the IBP Finance Tech team, including performance management, workflow prioritization, and compliance with established processes.


  • Integrate Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals, decision‑making, and daily leadership behaviors.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field).


  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.


Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, or related roles.


  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional planning processes and influencing senior stakeholders.


  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to integrate demand, supply, and financial plans.


  • Experience using planning, analytics, and reporting technologies to enable IBP processes.


  • Proven people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.


  • Strong communication and presentation skills to support executive‑level decision forums.


Preferred:

  • Experience supporting IBP or S&OP processes in a global or matrixed organization.


  • Background in finance systems, planning tools, or digital transformation initiatives.


  • Experience in medical technology, manufacturing, or regulated industries.


  • Advanced data analytics, visualization, or modeling capabilities.


Other:

  • Travel: Up to 10-20%, primarily domestic.


  • Language: English required .


  • Certifications: Relevant finance, supply chain, or planning certifications preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
245,000 - 122,000 USD

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
