Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support service-based agreements. This role is well suited to someone who can navigate legal, commercial, and operational priorities while producing precise, business-focused contract documents. The position will play a key role in shaping agreements, guiding negotiations, and partnering with internal stakeholders to keep reviews and approvals moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, update, and complete service agreements that reflect business objectives and established contractual expectations.

• Manage negotiations with outside parties to achieve balanced terms that support compliance and practical business outcomes.

• Examine contract language closely, identify potential areas of concern, and recommend revisions that improve clarity and reduce exposure.

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to collect requirements, respond to redlines, and advance agreements through review and execution.

• Track active agreements, negotiation progress, and critical terms to maintain visibility across the full contract lifecycle.

• Confirm that contract documents accurately incorporate approved legal, operational, and commercial provisions before finalization.

• Advise teams on contract interpretation and help address issues that arise during drafting, review, and negotiation.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing commercial contracts within a service-based environment.
• Strong background in negotiating contract terms with external business partners.
• Proven ability to administer contracts from initial drafting through execution and ongoing oversight.
• Solid understanding of contract language, risk identification, and document revision practices.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to move agreements through review and approval.
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and monitor key contractual obligations.
• Proficiency in preparing clear, organized contract documentation that supports business needs.

Compensation

$38.00-$46.00 Hourly
