Back Office Analyst
Operations & Reporting Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Reporting Specialist to join their team and provide critical back-office support. This position offers a unique blend of reporting, data analysis, process improvement, and administrative operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both analytical and hands-on work.
What You'll Do
- Pull, compile, and analyze reports from multiple systems
- Export and manipulate data in Excel to identify trends, discrepancies, and missing information
- Investigate and resolve reporting and system-related issues
- Perform data entry and system updates with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain customer warranty and service program records
- Utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs, formulas, filtering, sorting, and duplicate identification
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed
- Assist with incoming mail processing and other administrative functions
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Identify process improvements and proactively recommend solutions
- Provide guidance and support to newer team members when needed

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in reporting, operations, data management, or administrative support
- Background in team leadership, training, mentoring, or coordinating work among team members
- Experience working with multiple databases, systems, or reporting platforms

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, enrollment processing, or a related back-office function.• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with spreadsheets for tracking, sorting, and updating information.
• Strong typing ability with a high level of speed and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent focus on producing error-free work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.
• Dependable attendance and a reliable work ethic with a track record of meeting expectations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and general office systems used for documentation and correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Compensation
