Project Assistant

We are looking for a Project Assistant to support a short-term Contract assignment in Doraville, Georgia. This role will focus on coordinating a scanning initiative, capturing the current workflow, and helping team members use imaging software effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable assisting with document-based projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day activities for a scanning project to help keep tasks on schedule and organized
• Observe and document the existing workflow to create a clear record of current procedures
• Provide hands-on support to staff members as they scan documents into the imaging system
• Communicate with team members to answer questions and resolve basic issues during the project
• Track project progress and report updates on completed scanning activities
• Help maintain accurate handling and organization of scanned materials throughout the assignment

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting document scanning or records management activities
• Ability to organize tasks and assist with short-term project coordination
• Comfortable guiding staff through the use of imaging or scanning software
• Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and responding to questions
• High attention to detail when documenting processes and handling files
• Availability to complete a short-term assignment totaling approximately 6 to 16 hours

Compensation

$22.80-$26.40 Hourly
