We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to support daily service operations in Denver, Colorado. This Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates confidently with customers and internal teams, and takes initiative to keep schedules and deliveries on track. The role focuses on coordinating service activity, monitoring driver progress, and maintaining accurate job records to support timely billing and strong customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver responsive, detail-oriented service that helps create a positive experience for customers and internal partners.
• Coordinate incoming service requests, arrange appointments, and revise driver assignments as priorities shift throughout the day.
• Track driver activity through dispatch tools to help ensure routes, timing, and service commitments remain on schedule.
• Prepare driver workloads for the following day by aligning customer needs with available resources.
• Enter new service jobs and tickets into company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review open jobs that have remained active for extended periods and follow up to confirm service status and next steps.
• Perform final ticket audits to verify that required details are complete and ready for billing processing.
• Communicate clearly with employees, supervisors, vendors, customers, and outside partners to support smooth daily operations.
• Assist with additional operational or administrative tasks as needed to support the dispatch team.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of training and work background that supports success in dispatch or logistics coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer service while managing multiple requests in a timely manner.
• Working knowledge of local geography and mapping tools to support efficient scheduling and routing decisions.
• Comfort using dispatch, scheduling, or record-keeping systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication, time management, and collaboration skills, along with a dependable and proactive work style.
• Detail-oriented attitude, personal accountability, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities under pressure.
Compensation
