HR/Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR / Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while managing key human resources functions. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining an efficient, well-run office environment while supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle—from onboarding through performance management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with people-focused HR initiatives and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Human Resources
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and employee support
- Partner with leadership to manage employee performance, provide guidance, and support development initiatives
- Address and resolve employee concerns and workplace issues, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR-related documentation is up to date
Office Management & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and organized work environment
- Manage office supply inventory and coordinate ordering of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, including copier/printer maintenance, service contracts, and office services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT coordination, working with external providers to resolve technical issues
- Assist in managing company insurance policies and renewals
Process & Administrative Support
- Develop, implement, and maintain an office operations manual
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and efficiency
- Ensure policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently followed
- Support leadership with general administrative and operational initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR, office management, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations and benefits administration
- Experience managing office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Compensation
