Marketing Specialist
We are working with a client who is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to support a fast‑paced marketing team across property launches, company initiatives, content, and marketing operations. This role serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring campaigns, communications, and content are executed accurately and on schedule.
THIS ROLE IS 5 DAYS ONSITE IN METRO ATLANTA
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate marketing launches for investment opportunities nationwide
- Build, update, and maintain listings across marketing platforms
- Create and distribute email campaigns and marketing communications
- Manage listing status updates and ensure consistency across all channels
- Support company marketing initiatives, including social media, website updates, and brand communications
- Promote milestones, announcements, awards, and thought leadership content
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and repurposing across digital channels
- Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and competing deadlines
- Maintain marketing databases, records, and workflows
- Support marketing efforts tied to events and conferences
Qualifications:
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- 1-2 years in professional services industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
Compensation
