IT Project Manager

Robert Half Technology partnering with a nonprofit organization seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise application initiatives and technology projects across multiple departments. This individual will serve as the primary project lead responsible for driving application implementations, system integrations, process improvements, and technology modernization efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise software projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, coordinating vendors, and overseeing the successful delivery of technology initiatives within Microsoft-centric environments.

Duration: Short-term contract (potential to extend)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (40-hours weekly)

Location: 100% Remote - United State based

Pay rate: $60-$70/hourly

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise application projects from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple departments, including Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
• Manage enterprise system integrations between CRM, ERP, marketing, and other business applications.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, risk logs, and status reporting.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and technical teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support application implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimization efforts.
• Oversee testing, user acceptance activities, change management, training, and deployment planning.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource needs while providing regular updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives through technology and automation solutions. 

Qualifications:

• 4–7+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise application and business systems projects.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Experience supporting or managing projects involving: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and Business Central
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into project deliverables.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
