Office Services Associate
Responsibilities:
• Replenish pantry areas with essential hospitality items such as cups, utensils, napkins, coffee supplies, and related stock to keep shared spaces fully prepared throughout the day.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain office coffee equipment to promote proper function, cleanliness, and a consistent experience for staff and visitors.
• Prepare conference rooms and common areas for meetings by arranging refreshments, setting out beverages, and coordinating the placement of catered items.
• Receive and organize food and beverage deliveries, confirming items are placed appropriately and ready in advance of scheduled meetings or events.
• Monitor hospitality inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to help prevent shortages of frequently used supplies.
• Maintain a neat and well-organized appearance across pantry and beverage service areas by addressing spills, clutter, and general upkeep promptly.
• Provide general support to the hospitality team as needed to help daily service activities operate efficiently and without disruption.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in hospitality, office services, pantry support, mailroom operations, or a similar administrative support environment.• Ability to manage routine stocking, cleaning, and service tasks with strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Comfort using document scanning equipment and handling basic scanning-related tasks when needed.
• Familiarity with mailroom support functions and the ability to assist with related operational duties.
• Experience answering or supporting a multi-line phone system in a detail-focused workplace setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Reliable communication skills and a service-oriented approach when interacting with employees, guests, and internal teams.
Compensation
