Client Services Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and visitors, provide clear guidance, and ensure each person is directed to the appropriate service or staff member.
• Handle client interactions with empathy and professionalism while helping resolve questions, concerns, and service-related needs.
• Enter and update client information accurately in internal records and maintain organized documentation using digital tools.
• Support day-to-day front-line operations by coordinating communication, scheduling follow-up activity, and keeping service workflows on track.
• Use platforms such as Google Workspace, Box, and DocuSign to manage documents, communication, and routine administrative tasks.
• Assist with basic inventory awareness and supply coordination to help maintain an orderly and functional workspace.
• Participate in onboarding, shadowing, and training calls to build knowledge of procedures and service expectations.
• Collaborate with a small team, contribute during weekly meetings, and provide dependable support during scheduled workdays.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service, guest services, administrative support, or a related client-facing role.• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with sensitivity, professionalism, and confidence during supportive or complex conversations.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Box, DocuSign, or similar office and document management tools.
• Background in housing services, non-profit settings, or community-based support work is preferred.
• Comfortable learning new processes through training, observation, and guided practice.
• Able to work on-site in Kalamazoo, Michigan on a part-time schedule that includes Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Compensation
