Bookkeeper

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of a fast-paced and service-driven business. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys keeping financial records clean, accurate, and audit-ready.

Compensation

• $24–$30/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Prepare basic financial reports (P& L, balance sheet)
• Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping compliance
• Partner with leadership to monitor cash flow and expenses

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of bookkeeping or related experience
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
