Loan Administrator
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Loan Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations of loan processing and administration. This role is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and includes responsibilities such as monitoring loan collections, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily loan operations, including loan collections, disbursement requests, and payment processing.
• Monitor and ensure timely follow-up on past-due accounts while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform quality control checks on loan-related transactions, such as general ledger entries and account adjustments.
• Oversee the preparation and completion of loan disbursements and payoff processes.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and manage spreadsheets, including the use of formulas.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations, including Privacy, Regulation B, Regulation Z, and flood regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in loan accounts or transactions.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all loan-related activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience in loan administration and accounting.• Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly as they relate to general ledger transactions.
• Familiarity with lending regulations, including Privacy, Regulation B, Regulation Z, and flood compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets with formulas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation
