Senior Wealth Advisor
Responsibilities:
• Guide complex client relationships independently while also partnering with fellow advisors to deliver coordinated wealth management support.
• Evaluate each client’s financial position, goals, and comfort with risk in order to recommend tailored portfolio allocations and planning strategies.
• Carry out investment and planning activities such as portfolio rebalancing, cash transfers, distribution planning, tax-aware strategies, charitable giving analysis, lending reviews, and education funding coordination.
• Track account activity and investment results, assess portfolio performance, and recommend adjustments when client circumstances or market conditions warrant changes.
• Oversee day-to-day servicing needs by coordinating account paperwork, transaction processing, reporting preparation, and transfer follow-through.
• Communicate directly with clients to address account questions, discuss market developments, respond to service requests, and provide guidance on planning matters.
• Build and refine comprehensive financial plans using planning software, then present practical recommendations and next steps to clients.
• Organize for client meetings, participate in discussions, and ensure all agreed follow-up actions are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop customized presentations and proposals that demonstrate the firm’s approach and value to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in financial advisory, private wealth management, or a closely related client-facing investment role.• Strong background in financial planning with the ability to integrate investment, tax-aware, retirement, and estate-related considerations into client recommendations.
• Demonstrated success managing high-touch client relationships and supporting sophisticated wealth management engagements.
• Working knowledge of portfolio construction, performance review, and ongoing investment monitoring.
• Experience using financial planning software to prepare analyses and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities, administrative details, and follow-up tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to lead client conversations and present complex information clearly.
Compensation
