HR Director
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Director to join a well-respected organization in Santa Rosa, Ca. This role is integral to providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of human resources operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and strong internal support
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, policies, and proper recordkeeping practices
- Partner closely with Finance and other departments to align on organizational priorities
- Lead employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively
- Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to remain competitive and equitable
- Collaborate with payroll to maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data and processing
- Direct talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and recruitment strategies
- Drive performance management processes and support employee development initiatives
- Design and implement training and leadership development programs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead continuous improvement efforts
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives
Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive HR management with a minimum of 5 years of experience at the Director level capacity
- Must have prior management experience in government or nonprofit organizations to be considered.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance laws, including state and federal regulations
- Proficiency in managing compensation, benefits, and payroll operations
- Experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead performance management and employee development initiatives
- Skilled in policy development, organizational change management, and process improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of conflict resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Compensation
