Human Resources Coordinator


The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience. This position offers a hybrid schedule—working onsite four days per week with one flexible remote day—while collaborating closely with HR teams and employees. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for HR inquiries, support essential HR processes, and ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of confidentiality and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Administer HR processes related to talent acquisition support, internal transfers, organizational management, employee record maintenance, and learning administration
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with HR team members to resolve escalations and support process enhancements

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing workloads
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support and implement process changes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR processes or HR operations
  • Strong customer service background
  • Experience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors (Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field



Compensation

$17.00-$19.19 Hourly
