Attorney/Lawyer
Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in legal matters related to real estate or probate, wills, and trusts.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and thoroughness.
• Conduct in-depth discovery processes and analyze findings to build strong cases.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies.
• Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with all deadlines.
• Provide expert advice on legal issues while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure accurate and effective representation.
• Handle negotiations and mediations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Participate in court proceedings and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to enhance overall firm operations.
Qualifications:
• Must hold a valid attorney license and be in good standing.• At least 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Expertise in either real estate law or probate, wills, and trusts.
• Proven ability to draft legal motions, briefs, and other documentation.
• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and litigation procedures.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
Compensation
