Job Description:
Youll be responsible for turning plumbing system needs into real solutions for customers. This position blends technical understanding with sales, helping clients make informed decisions about repair, replacement, and system improvements.
Youre not just selling a job. Youre helping customers understand how their systems operate, whats not working, and how to improve long-term performance and cost.
What Youll Be Part Of
Youll work directly with customers, estimating work, building proposals, and managing opportunities from first conversation through close.
Assess plumbing systems, identify issues, recommend solutions, build trust with customers
Review drawings, develop estimates, create proposals, align scope with real conditions
Manage a pipeline of quotes, follow up on leads, maintain momentum to close work
Coordinate with internal teams, stay organized, track activity, support smooth handoffs
Develop design build solutions that balance cost, performance, and long-term value
This is a hands-on role where technical knowledge and people skills both matter. Youll be working in real facilities, solving real problems, and helping customers make confident decisions.
What Were Looking For in You
Experience with plumbing or mechanical systems, understanding of how systems operate
Ability to read drawings, build estimates, connect scope to real world conditions
Experience building relationships, communicating clearly, handling questions and objections
Organized and self directed, able to manage time and multiple opportunities
Proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working in a sales driven environment
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys being out with customers, understands the technical side, and can turn that into practical solutions that customers trust and move forward with.

Pay Range:
$71,078.81 - $106,618.22
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
