IT Administrator

We are seeking a hands-on IT professional to serve as the primary onsite support resource for a growing environment. This role is responsible for delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and workplace technology. The position requires a strong customer service mindset, including providing high-touch support to executive leadership.

You will play a key role in maintaining daily IT operations across both office users and production environments, supporting a diverse range of devices and systems. This is a highly visible position where you will manage ticket flow, prioritize issues, and coordinate with external partners including a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and vendors.

LOCATION: FORT WORTH

SALARY: $75-85K

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues
• Support and maintain end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and specialized equipment used in operational environments
• Deliver white-glove IT support to executive leadership, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
• Manage and troubleshoot conference room and AV technologies, including collaboration tools and company-wide meetings
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and MSP partners to address escalations related to infrastructure, networking, and security
• Support a mixed environment of office staff and production-floor users, including troubleshooting handheld devices and printing equipment
• Take ownership of ticket management, prioritization, and documentation while operating independently as the primary onsite IT contact

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support in an onsite capacity
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (including SSO and MFA), and Active Directory
• Experience supporting Windows 11 environments across both traditional and non-traditional workstations
• Familiarity with conference room technology and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, AV systems)
• Knowledge of endpoint security tools such as Crowdstrike
• Proven ability to support executive-level users with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues, including PCs, scanners, and printing devices
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with external infrastructure teams
