Tax Director

We are looking to find a Tax Director to lead tax strategy and operations across the Americas.

This is a high-visibility, business-facing role where you’ll help shape tax strategy, drive process transformation, and bring more tax work in-house — all while partnering closely with leadership.

Qualifications:

What they’re looking for:

✔️ CPA required

✔️ Strong U.S. federal & state tax experience

✔️ Sales & use tax expertise

✔️ Exposure to international tax (BEAT, FDII, transfer pricing)

✔️ Ability to act as a true business partner

✔️ Leadership experience (will oversee 1 direct report)

💡 Ideal background: mix of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) + industry experience

This is a role that combines technical depth + strategic influence in a growing, global organization.
