Job Summary
The University of Kentucky is seeking a Student Affairs Officer I to join our team and support students through engagement, advising, and program coordination. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the student experience by providing guidance, resources, and support that help students thrive academically, socially, and personally.

You’ll work directly with students and campus partners to deliver programs, services, and initiatives that foster student development, promote engagement, and support retention and success across the university.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advising, support, and guidance to students on academic, personal, and campus-related matters
  • Plan and coordinate student programs, events, and initiatives that promote engagement and development
  • Serve as a resource and point of contact for students, families, and campus partners
  • Collaborate with departments across campus to support student success efforts
  • Assist with student outreach efforts, workshops, and educational programming
  • Monitor student needs and connect individuals to appropriate campus resources
  • Support administrative processes, reporting, and documentation related to student services
