Job Description

The Sr. Specialist eCommerce will support the advancement, optimization, and ongoing performance of Pilot's Mobile Ordering and third-party delivery (3PD) platforms. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level digital strategy, strengthen operational execution, and enhance the guest experience across Olo, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Pilot's owned mobile ordering channels. The successful candidate will balance strategic planning with hands-on platform management, ensuring accuracy, stability, and sustained digital sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery and optimization of customer journeys across Mobile Ordering and 3PD platforms, including Olo, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Pilot mobile ordering.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations within Olo, including menu accuracy, item setup, store configurations, availability, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to long-term digital strategy and roadmap development for Mobile Ordering and 3PD, including feature evaluation and prioritization.
  • Analyze performance reports, identifying key KPIs and surfacing actionable insights to improve conversion, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Digital, Innovation, Category, and Marketing to align on digital enhancements, menu updates, and platform improvements.
  • Develop content, guides, and communication materials to support ongoing operational excellence and digital channel adoption.
  • Maintain digital product catalogs, pricing structures, and menu standards across all ordering channels.
  • Support financial modeling, forecasting, and long-term digital growth planning.
  • Collaborate on marketing and promotional strategies to drive sustained annual growth.
  • Contribute to eCommerce business modeling, innovation planning, and future-state capability development as well as budget forecasting.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional partners and junior team members as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital ordering operations and third-party delivery frameworks
  • Experience with Olo or similar digital ordering platforms preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated passion for digital commerce and a strong drive for sales growth
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Prior experience in food service, retail, or digital operations; QSR or fast-casual experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support enterprise-level KPIs and initiatives
  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply financial reporting to support forecasting , budgeting and performance analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
