Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join a Contract assignment in Elyria, Ohio. In this role, you will turn NetSuite data into executive-ready dashboards and apply AI capabilities, including Claude, to surface meaningful insights that support operational and financial decisions. This position offers the opportunity to shape scalable reporting frameworks, partner closely with business stakeholders, and help establish repeatable methods for AI-enabled dashboard development.

Responsibilities:
• Build approximately 15 dashboards for leadership teams using data sourced from the NetSuite environment.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting goals and translate business questions into clear dashboard specifications, metrics, and visual designs.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to analyze data patterns, support insight generation, and accelerate dashboard design efforts.
• Develop dashboards in Tableau or a comparable business intelligence platform to present operational and financial performance effectively.
• Create clear documentation that defines the methodology, standards, and workflow for producing AI-driven dashboards on a repeatable basis.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge-sharing materials to internal team members to support ongoing dashboard adoption and maintenance.
• Work across business and technical teams to refine reporting needs and ensure dashboard outputs align with decision-making priorities.
• Contribute to the integration of AI tools with business system data where needed to enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating executive, operational, or financial dashboards for business users.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite data models and reporting practices is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, including Claude, for analysis, reporting, or insight generation.
• Proficiency with Tableau or a similar BI and data visualization platform.
• Ability to document processes clearly and transfer knowledge effectively to internal teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and convert them into actionable reporting solutions.
• Background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related technologies relevant to dashboard automation and analytics.

Compensation

$67.29-$77.91 Hourly
