HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and routine administrative processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Serve as a resource for employee relations matters by responding to questions, escalating concerns when appropriate, and helping maintain a respectful workplace environment.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring required paperwork, orientation steps, and initial communications are completed accurately and on time.
• Support benefits administration by assisting employees with enrollment information, changes in coverage, and general benefits-related inquiries.
• Maintain and update HRIS data to help ensure personnel information remains accurate, complete, and current.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support HR policies, compliance activities, and consistent application of employment practices.
• Prepare HR reports, track key documentation, and assist with audits or process reviews as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in HR workflows and administrative procedures to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with exposure to generalist responsibilities.• Hands-on experience in employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, and benefits support.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and comfort maintaining accurate employee data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and internal partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in handling confidential information and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with standard HR policies, procedures, and employment-related administrative practices.
