Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Create and direct comprehensive marketing plans that support business objectives, revenue growth, and stronger brand recognition across target markets.
• Lead B2B marketing programs designed to generate leads backed by relevant experience, improve conversion opportunities, and support the broader sales pipeline.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives across relevant channels, using performance data to refine campaigns and maximize return on investment.
• Build and enhance brand positioning by developing messaging and campaigns that resonate with customers and differentiate the business in competitive markets.
• Partner closely with sales stakeholders to align outreach strategies, improve lead quality, and strengthen collaboration between commercial and marketing efforts.
• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Support e-commerce and growth-focused initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase engagement, acquisition, and customer value.
• Mentor and guide marketing team members, encouraging strong execution, strategic thinking, and continuous development.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a strong focus on B2B environments.• Demonstrated success developing marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and supporting revenue-focused business goals.
• Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, and multi-channel campaign management.
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, including experience using Google Analytics to evaluate performance.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to support lead generation, pipeline development, and commercial growth.
• Knowledge of e-commerce sales strategy and customer acquisition approaches.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and provide leadership in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.
Compensation
