Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support.
• Identify talent using a mix of outreach methods, online recruiting tools, networking, and pipeline development techniques.
• Evaluate applicants through resume review and initial screening conversations to determine alignment with job requirements and organizational needs.
• Partner with the employment manager and recruiting team to execute hiring plans and adjust strategies based on staffing priorities.
• Coordinate onsite interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective candidates to strengthen engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting activity in applicant tracking and talent management systems while keeping related records accurate and current.
• Support a structured onboarding of recruitment activities by working onsite during the first 90 days and following team processes and scheduling expectations.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree required.• At least 1 year of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience required; 2 years is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring teams, and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with comfort using applicant tracking, HRIS, and talent management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing demands, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building strong relationships through teamwork, collaboration, networking, and customer-focused service.
• Skill in candidate sourcing and screening, including outreach methods such as cold calling and online talent identification.
• Knowledge of employment law and creative recruiting approaches is considered a plus.
Compensation
