Contracts Administrator

Compensation: $30 to $35 Hourly

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support contract lifecycle activities for a long-term contract opportunity in Sugar Land, Texas, within the energy and natural resources sector. This role is ideal for someone who can keep documentation organized, coordinate multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy across contract-related processes. The position will work closely with stakeholders to help manage agreements, support bid-related activities, and contribute to efficient contract administration.

Responsibilities:
• Administer contracts from intake through execution, ensuring records, approvals, and supporting documentation are complete and properly maintained.
• Use Ironclad extensively to manage workflows, track agreement status, and help improve day-to-day contract processing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare, review, and route contract materials in alignment with business requirements and timelines.
• Support pricing, bid requests, and related contract documentation to help maintain consistency and accuracy across commercial activities.
• Monitor multiple active assignments at once, escalating issues when needed and keeping deliverables on schedule.
• Review contract data for completeness and accuracy, helping reduce errors and improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve questions, clarify contract terms, and support smooth execution of agreements.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, contract management, or a closely related function.
• Practical experience using Ironclad as an administrator or advanced end user in a contract-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized while handling competing priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a careful approach to detail and quality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and coordinating contract activities.
• Ability to manage contract records, workflows, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations, calls for bids, and contract pricing is strongly preferred.

Compensation

$30.00-$35.00 Hourly
