Practice Areas

Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Handle discovery and motion practice
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials
- Advise and collaborate with school district clients
- Work closely with partners on complex litigation matters
Qualifications
- Active California Bar membership
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in employment, education law, public agency, or civil litigation preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team

Qualifications:
• Active license to practice law in California and good standing with the state bar.
• At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with stronger consideration for candidates bringing 4 or more years.
• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation matters with a high level of independence and accountability.
• Experience drafting motions, briefs, discovery documents, and other litigation-related materials.
• Confidence handling depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation activities.
• Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site or locally within the Orange County area, including Tustin, California.
