Compensation: $47.50 to $55 Hourly

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support recruitment efforts for a contract opportunity based in San Diego, California. This role focuses on managing recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination while helping the organization attract strong talent for corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings a thoughtful approach to candidate engagement, maintains organized recruitment workflows, and communicates effectively with both applicants and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, guiding each search from intake discussions through final selection stages.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and maintain progress throughout the selection process.
• Identify and engage talent with relevant experience through proactive sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and job posting efforts.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
• Manage applicant activity within the applicant tracking system and keep records accurate, current, and well organized.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication between candidates and internal teams.
• Support offer preparation and onboarding documentation to help ensure a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and hiring progress to help improve efficiency and strengthen recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple hiring stages.
• Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to support detail-oriented roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying candidates through a variety of recruiting channels.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications with consistency and professionalism.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate workflows and documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates and hiring managers.
• High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities effectively.

Compensation

$47.50-$55.00 Hourly
