Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Compensation: $75 to $95 Yearly

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a respected law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, providing high-level support to a senior litigation partner. This position is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented individual who thrives in complex litigation matters and can manage discovery, case coordination, and trial preparation with confidence. Candidates with bankruptcy exposure will bring added value in this role.


Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with senior litigation counsel to organize case strategy, maintain matter progress, and support day-to-day litigation activities.

• Oversee all phases of discovery, including document collection, review coordination, production tracking, and deadline management.

• Prepare litigation materials such as pleadings, briefs, exhibits, and case files to ensure accuracy and readiness for filing or court use.

• Coordinate trial preparation by assembling evidence, managing witness materials, organizing exhibits, and supporting attorneys before and during proceedings.

• Maintain detailed calendars for court dates, filing deadlines, hearings, and other critical case milestones.

• Use legal and office technology tools to manage case information, documentation, and workflow efficiently.

• Communicate with clients, court personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a detail-oriented and timely manner.

• Assist with bankruptcy-related matters when needed, including document support and case file organization.


Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of litigation paralegal experience, with substantial hands-on work in discovery and trial preparation.
• Strong background supporting senior attorneys in active litigation matters within a law firm environment.
• Familiarity with Arizona litigation procedures and court-related documentation practices.
• Experience using legal and document management tools such as 3M, Aderant, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to draft, organize, and proofread litigation documents, including briefing materials and case filings.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, priorities, and multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

$75,000.00-$95,000.00 Yearly
