Litigation Paralegal

What You'll Do
- Support attorneys through all phases of complex commercial litigation
- Draft, prepare, and manage pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and court filings
- Coordinate and manage document productions and case files
- Assist with deposition preparation, witness coordination, and exhibit management
- Prepare trial binders, hearing materials, and other litigation support documents
- Maintain case calendars and track litigation deadlines
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Commercial litigation experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting cases in California state and/or federal court
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Paralegal certificate preferred

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of paralegal experience supporting civil litigation matters.• Demonstrated background in discovery, including document review and preparation of draft responses.
• Experience assisting with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and witness or expert materials.
• Proficiency with litigation technology and case management software used in active legal matters.
• Strong technical skills with electronic documents, especially creating, organizing, and merging PDF files.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Relativity and document management systems used in law firm environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to legal support work.
Compensation
