We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join a reputable law firm in Englewood, Colorado. This role focuses on personal injury cases, providing advocacy and support to clients throughout the legal process. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and a demonstrated ability to secure favorable outcomes for clients. Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including claims related to motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and negligence.

• Conduct thorough case evaluations, perform legal research, and analyze medical records and insurance policies.

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

• Represent clients during negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.

• Prepare cases for trial and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters when required.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines while managing case progress.

• Utilize legal technology and case management systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Advocate for clients passionately, aiming to achieve the best possible resolutions.

• Stay current on legal developments in personal injury law to enhance case strategies.


Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in Colorado.
• 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, litigation, or related legal fields, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Proven expertise in litigation, including eDiscovery, negotiation, and trial preparation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on client advocacy.
• Proficiency in using legal technology and case management systems.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required.

Compensation

$105,000.00-$125,000.00 Yearly
