Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy beverage operation in Riverside, Missouri. This is a Contract position focused on delivering responsive service, assisting customers by phone, and entering orders accurately. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a call center environment, communicates clearly, and can manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide helpful, detail-oriented support for product, order, and service-related questions.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, and maintain strong customer communication.
• Enter customer orders carefully and verify information to help ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Address customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach while maintaining a positive service experience.
• Document call details, order updates, and customer interactions clearly within the appropriate systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to share relevant customer information and support efficient issue resolution.
• Manage multiple service tasks throughout the day while maintaining accuracy, courtesy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a call center support role.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
• Experience with order entry and strong accuracy when processing customer information.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-up and service-related communication.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer proficiency and confidence navigating customer service or order management systems.

Compensation

$23.00-$24.00 Hourly
